A Wonderful World:
37 Jazz and Blues Musician Portraits
January 30th - February 28th, 2025
This exhibition of photographs by renowned photographer Richard Corman, presented in collaboration with The Jazz Foundation of America, pays tribute to the iconic figures of jazz and blues while supporting the musicians who keep this rich cultural heritage alive.

About the Exhibition
For the past 10 years, renowned photographer Richard Corman has been
documenting musicians affiliated with the Jazz Foundation of America,
including moments from the iconic Apollo Gala, individual portraits and
scenes from multiple trips to new Orleans. His passion for the music and the musicians come through in each of 37 images, celebrating both emerging and established jazz and blues artists.
Corman’s work has long served as an artistic visual record of the The Jazz Foundation’s mission and community, and this exhibition brings his remarkable collection to the public. He is excited to share their stories while helping to raise funds for the Jazz Foundation's Musicians Emergency Fund.
Proceeds from the photographs benefit the JFA's Musicians Emergency Fund. Photographs are limited edition, signed by the photographer and unframed.
Richard Corman will be at the gallery, making this a rare opportunity to experience his work and meet the artist himself.

Celebrating the Legacy of Louis Armstrong
November- January 2025
This first installment of "The Wonderful World of Jazz" explored Armstrong’s complex personality through the lens of artists spanning multiple generations. From Slim Aarons, who captured Armstrong’s essence in the late 1940s, to contemporary portraiture. Each work captures a unique aspect of Armstrong’s character—from his charismatic stage presence to his
more personal, introspective moments.
